Neither Electronic Glance Ltd nor its suppliers, if any, shall in any instances be liable whether or not in deal tort or if not for almost any consequential or indirect decline or damage or for almost any loss of revenue or of contracts howsoever arising via carelessness or otherwise and of in anyway character suffered or incurred right or indirect
